Enterprise Risk Consulting is a consulting firm focused on helping organizations succeed by helping them identify, assess, and manage the risks they face that could prevent them from achieving their goals. These include the entire universe of risks, from internal policies, processes, and strategies, as well as external risks such as economic, political, supplier, market, legal, and financial risks, among others.
Our mission is to help organizations protect and add value. We do this by optimizing their risk awareness with effective, easy-to-use processes to identify, assess, and manage risks.
We are committed to helping your organization succeed. ERM is short for ‘Enterprise Risk Management,’ but we believe it also means ‘Everyone’s a Risk Manager.' Your organization will develop a culture of risk awareness: everyone has a role to play in helping your organization manage its risks and succeed.
Our service includes a comprehensive consultation to help identify gaps and opportunities, a proposal that includes a project plan with timelines and milestones, a cost analysis, and a schedule. We also offer a suite of quality products that will help you get there quickly and smoothly. That’s how we ensure your success.
